I want to get a huge tattoo on my back of an Asian babe wearing size 8 rainbow flip flops.
I think all thoughts and experiences are temporary. If you want to commemorate a moment on your skin, go ahead. We all have thoughts, places, images and or acts that we associate with memories. Some people write lots of songs and some people have lots of ink. Be you for you.
I’m happy I didn’t get tattoos. Sure, I could think of one now when I’m more mature and have developed a better taste.
When I was young I was an idiot. I’m glad I didn’t get one then.

I have seen irl what a tattoo looks like on an elderly persons arm. it looks like regerts.

I have no photos of my life. As distorted as ink may get, I’ll always know why it’s there. I don’t think devaluing tattoos is any different than othering people. You have a way to remember your life. Others may be different. Both are valid experiences.
Tonight I just thought of my first tattoo that I may be comfortable with having for the rest of my life. I feel a bit excited

It’s hard to check skin when you’ve tatts. I’m not even sure if they cover up some of the common indicators. I’ve had some scc’s cut out of my arms and they didn’t look much different from freckles but they were nasty. I wonder about my younger kin as a couple have full sleeves so I’m not sure how accurate you’ll get dx on things like melanoma’s and common skin cancers. It’s a worry.

I have 8 tattoos, sometimes I wannna express myself, sometimes I wear long sleeves and pants! Lll sort of regret, but they were fun to get! Except one the pain was terrible. Just fyi

I ordered temporary tattoos for both forearms, they should arrive soon. I need them for a specific purpose - to hide the marks of self-harm received during psychosis, since the laser resurfacing procedure was not completely effective. In any case, I am not ready for something permanent.

I don’t have any tattoos. I can’t rule out getting one in the future but it’s also a big possibility that I never get one.
I like it when a woman has 1 or 2 small to medium tattoos but I don’t find it attractive if they have a sh-it ton of tattoos all over their bodies.
That’s just me. I’ve had buddies in the past that love women covered in tattoos from head to toes. Everyone is different.
But having tattoos definitely does NOT make you a bad person. It’s your body.
