I just woke up from my afternoon nap.
Got a haircut today and also cut down a tree with my dad and uncle. Managed to squeeze in watching a couple online lectures too - I’m auditing another course now.
In less than an hour I need to go pick mom up. She’s a full-time caregiver for grandma. Very exhausting job, but professional help here would be too expensive.
I’m going to a choir concert this Thursday. The next day I might finally get my covid booster shot.

I try to keep busy. I remember back in 2018 when looking for a job, I was mildly psychotic and negatives were still an issue. Fast forward 4 years, I am again looking for work, but I’m now stable and much more functional. I still struggle with self-confidence, though.

Had an appointment with doc,
My med’s have been reduced,
From 20mg aripiprazole to 15mg and 2.5mg olanzapine.
I need to make some changes to my plans.“slowly”
Hopefully all falls in place.

Every time I think about my brothers verbal assault on me the other day I get upset.
I’m taking PRN Klonopin to calm down.
