When I have those I try to go to bed and get some rest/sleep. Nothing beats a good nights sleep.
Im trying to sleep but i cant breathe. Its like a panic attack and paranoia all in one

Do you have a prn or a sleeping aid? In those cases I take some clozapine to fall asleep.
No. Ive been taking my dogs trazedone when i get paranoid. But ive already taken 2 tonight

What works for me as well when I struggle to breathe is to do some slow and deep breathing. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps to relax.

Next time you meet up with your pdoc I would ask for a prn to deal with these situations. Trazodone is mainly for sleep only.

You can get seroquel, clozapine,… plenty of sedating APs.

Seroquel is an AP with a sedating impact. Some people take it for sleep.
I take clozapine for that reason in emergencies.

I take 25 mgs. of Seroquel to help me sleep.
