Every day I wake up in a panic,what am I thinking, please don’t think this, I want to sleep soon so no panic attacks. My sister talking about me in the other room, she thinks I am a shopaholic. Please help me fall asleep.
Sorry for being a bit late but white noise is good for the busy mind. A desk fan on full tilt helps drown out excessive noise or thoughts…televisions and radio help too.
I still sleep with a radio going. My mind still remains busy and I need a hand to get to sleep. Sounds like your stressing a bit and that doesn’t help. Stress makes symptoms more pronounced and it’s not something you need. First things first. Get some sleep. Tomorrow is another day.
