This is my art work from art therapy today

Oh I don’t think that’s something I’d enjoy. I need those old fashioned paints lol.

That’s cool that your daughter can enjoy that tho.

Life isn’t the same without hobbies.

My daughter said that until she discovered she could do unlimited watercolour paintings without paying for supplies.

Live it when those of us who were hit with sz can express creatively how they’re feeling. Or just create something so guttural as you did here!

Well, maybe just keep posting your paintings from the art therapy group sessions as you complete them.

That’s a good idea. I will do that

I feel like my art sucks. I’ve had practice, but I fail to improve. How do you get so good?

When I see someones art I find it interesting to sit and think about the journey they took and where they noticed improvement and how they risen above their own threshold.
@Zoe I really like your art and I look forward to seeing some more. I could have been decent at drawing but I peaked when I was about 12. Not many around me were good at drawing so I probably didn’t push myself to learn more skills. I found it very relaxing and productive though, used to draw Taz and South Park characters for my friends.
