This is how I lost ten pounds and quit smoking

I cut out any drinks besides water, don’t eat after 6, cut out sugary snacks, increased vegetable intake and try to eat less than 1500 calories. I’ve lost ten pounds just by doing that.

I’m going on 15 days without smoking. I bought the gum.


Do you eat fast food anymore? I guess if you did you could only eat it once a day.
