Yes getting fat. Gonna have a heart attack soon I think.
I am replying to your other topic I think it got deleted about the brain implant, here we go.
Well I read about vyvanse on Wikipedia and at the very end of the page it said that they are working on using it to help with schizophrenia. For me it helps me concentrate on improving my mentality and gives me an overall positive glow that helps control and communicate with the voices. I guess I am in such a good mood that the way I interpret what the voices are saying to me is much better than what I think without it.
Also, I didn’t have it for 4 days and it was horrible. I ask right back into my old patterns of thinking which is very disorganized, depressed, angry, etc and could not stop thinking intrusive negative embarrassing thoughts to which the voices gave me a hard time too.
Overall, I find life much more enjoyable and can even go out in public without feeling like a total weirdo and think I could even maybe stay working again thanks to it.
Not to mention I also take two different antipsychotics which keep me balanced very well.
That’s great news! I’m really happy to hear that it works for you. I have been suffering with an undiagnosed psychotic condition similar to sza for 15 years. I finally started to see this excellent doctor and she suggested maybe starting a low dose of some type of stimulant. They would be great if it helped.
I don’t hear voices but I am almost completely disabled by depression and OCD symptoms along with having had 8 psychotic episodes.
I’m getting tired of fighting and need some type of relief. Thanks for your reply, it’s good to know that there are meds out there that can improve our quality of life and not just control our symptoms.
