I think this forum is great for people like me struggling with being unwell and just wanting advice on how to handle it and to vent to people who to an extent understand what you are going through because not all professionals are very helpful. It is comforting and the amazing people here have got me through my darkest places.

This forum has kept me social for the last year and a half. I always have it up. It’s my lifeline. I don’t know what I’d do without it.

Talking about the family forum I think maybe you should invite your mom for a sit down and see how the forum works. I bet ya it wont be a waste of time after all this forum has helped me with my every problems so there you go.
