Oh be careful I did this with an actress my first year of the disorder, it totally wasn’t real but I almost tried to contact her. Somehow I got my head on straight and realized that celebrities did not and never will know who I am. They are so incredibly rare, there are several thousands of people for every one person on television.

I was sent several pressing love letters at work by a sz guy i barely knew (he knew my first name and work organisation). He was sure we were meant for each other. I was scared and informed my boss and the police. We had totally different perspectives.

It is not meant to scare you, but to bring you back to reality and protect you - it is a delusion, really.
