TBH, my brain would tell me to go off AP if I wasn’t on the injection. That’s the scary part. You get stuck in the good feelings, and loose connections until it’s too late. Maybe ask for an injection?

I’m off and on with my meds. If you stop you need to make and agreement with yourself, BEFORE going off meds, to go back on them when you inevitably start hearing voices again.
