Things for Self Improvement!

As a man who loves their tech I did two positive things for self improvement this week.

First I bought an electric toothbrush. My teeth are rubbish from years of neglect with some negatives so as I approach 50 it is something I should have done years ago! Went for years with dry mouth from the meds so I need every help I can get and for under $50 a rechargeable toothbrush was a good investment!

Secondly. I invested in an updated fitness tracker. I chose the Fitbit Ionic. Was looking at the iwatch 3 but settled on something totally more simple and with what I need in a fitness tracker. I don’t need fancy apps or anything- just a watch like device that tells time and does the basics! Impressed with first day. It’s simple…a bit overpriced compared to the apple device but I’m happy!

It cost some coin but I’m happy as it’s investing in my future health which is something I ignored for a long time!

Sounds like a good investment to me.

To visit a oral hygienist for a professional clean once a year can also be good.

Bad gums can cause heart problems I heard.
There is a device that squirts water in between the teeth that is said to be better than flossing.

I have one but might only use it once s fortnight when it should be used daily.

I can not figure out how to use those fitness n diet apps.
I tried but it confused me.

It can be preventative to do good by yourself.

Wish you well .

I pray to improve myself inside and out.
