I’m doing a carnivore diet at the moment. I tried coming off my meds when I was doing ketogenic. It ended badly. I’m no longer trying to come off my meds, I’ve accepted the fact that I will probably need medication for life, regardless of my diet choices

It’s not impossible, but unlikely. Like it might only help 1 in 100 or something, who knows?. So then it’s kind of like trying to win a lottery.

Eating healthy has made a difference for me though to be better equipped to handle life, but not a cure.

It doesn’t work diets don’t cure nothing but obesity the con artists are doing the same ■■■■ like for example the keto diet and I’ve seen people do it and fail

The worst part is that when they fail because they don’t work the con artists say stuff like “well you didn’t try hard enough” I mean come on wtf people die from con artists

They do this nonsense alot with physical illness too

Diets never put a dent in it for me. I do feel great after a tasty cheeseburger or pizza though hehe

I think its your perception. If you feel good eating carrots then eat carrots. If you think youll feel bad eating carrots youll probably feel bad lol.
