Every movie just has unknown actors now. They never really make it to true stardom like the actors from just a few decades ago.
Disposable actors soon to be replaced by A.I. anyway 
That’s my opinion on the current state of the movie industry.

It’s just as well that there’s no more movie stars. I idolized movie stars, and TV stars when I was a kid. Singers too.
My children don’t do that and I think they’re better off.
There doesn’t really seem to be famous singers or rock stars anymore.

Yeah, I idolised singers as a kid. My little nieces could take or leave music really. There’s nothing for them to get into.

there aren’t any great boxers anymore either…I grew up following Muhammed Ali. used to like Tyson before he bit Holyfield’s ear. anyways…it’s true…movie stars seem all gone.

All of these celebrities were really put on a pedestal. I felt like they were better than me. I don’t think that with more recent celebrities.

All the lead actors in popular TV shows and movies look the same to me. They keep a TV going on at all times at work and when I watch TV at break time there seems to be about 5 different looking types of actors and they all seem to be interchangeable in all the TV shows.

I think we still have “movie stars”,
They’ve just kind of evolved.
Or more accurately, devolved.
Movie stars were untouchable, perfect people back in the day.
We know a lot about our actors now.
From the way they treat Starbucks baristas to how often they walk their dogs.
They’re more human and it makes them less attractive.
The smart “movie stars” don’t live in LA and live private lives.
So, I think they exist, just aren’t what they used to be.

I ve stopped watching movies I just find I’m not able to remain interested.
I did watch the prisoner though it was keeping my attention but a horrible movie.
It’s perhaps true.
I can’t really think of any movie stars except angelina Jolie.
And Natalie Portman.

He’s popular enough that they gave him his streaming own series at age 79. It was also not an inexpensive serious to make. Said streaming series turned out to be so well done and so well received that it has greatly increased the popularity of the franchise it is part of, attracting many new viewers. How many other actors accomplish this at such an advanced age?
I can think of only one other alive right now: Eastwood.
When I think of celebrities, I think of the Kardashians

Robert Downey jr. is my favorite. Sherlock Holmes and iron man. Also Christian bale. He’s been in a lot of good movies.
I feel the same about the music industry. We just have one hit wonders.

Oh man, he’s amazing. Did you see him in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang with Kilmer?
That movie is what landed him the Iron Man role.
Also gotta give props to Samuel L. Jackson:
He can pull off stuff no other actor alive can.

Movies that are mostly made up of special effects don’t require a gifted actor. The lack of digital effects in the past forced creativity and much more reliance on the actors to pull off a good show.

I’m not so sure. People appreciate real experiences. If it’s a.i and all fake why bother to see it.
