My therapist always says oh I’ve had those. About my paranoia/panic attacks. But he is just talking about panic. Not the paranoia. It pisses me off that he thinks he can compare them. Paranoia is so much more than panic

Maybe theyrr kind of going by the books too much and trying to make you feel like youre understood and be sympathetic but missing the mark. Takes time to develope a relationship i guess… but its your money your choice if you want to find a new doctor.
Maybe your therapist got into that line of work because of paranoia? I mean … really, she is trying to form concensus with you and your bucking it, who’s paying for your pdoc appointments and pills? I imagine tons of ■■■■■■■ people are really paranoid these days!
