I joined a few hours ago . There are people there that make me look like the village idiot . For example this person who’s top of the list .
Well, he may be smarter than me but I bet I cook a better omelet than him.

That’s something I’ve never mastered . I notice there are now omelette makers . If only I had the space to put one on .
It’s not an exact science. It’s deceptively easy. I mean there’s a professional way to do it. But if you do it at home it can be real easy and really adds variety to your breakfasts. And once you learn like three basic steps it will always be easy.
I too make an awesome Omelet. I do a lot of cooking by intuition. You learn what cooks at what level and you move from there. Cooking really is an art…
I’m not a fan of people trying to reach the pile of human intelligence. There’s plenty of smart people but the worst is smart people who think they are smart. It’s just like many other things…just because your smart doesn’t mean you have common sense or killer moves on the dance floor…both can be particularly effective.
Good cooking is feel and I think that good thinking is the same somewhat.
