Winter makes my depression worse. The cold weather, lack of sunlight, the snow… it makes me feel down. I have to keep reminding myself that April is almost here and the weather will improve.
Anyone else deal with the winter blues?

Actually, last winter and this winter have been enjoyable for me. I don’t even think about the constant rain and clouds.
I have a feeling it’s because of baby human, I don’t know

I live in Oklahoma, where the winters are not as harsh. Winter is still a gloomy time, though. It gets cold enough that you need to stay inside. January and February are my least favorite times of the year.

As I’m getting older I’m liking winter less and less.
It’s a dark cold gloomy time of the year.
I hibernate more and stay indoors in my house most of the time.
I can’t wait for Spring!

Yeah, this season is tough. I don’t live in Canada but im close. Here in Maine it gets pretty snowy and gloomy in the winter and it effects my mood.

It’s not so bad. Getting my vitamin D along with other supplements help a lot.

Yeah, I’m up in Alaska, so I can relate. We all got happy last week cuz it was like +26 F above, and then it dropped to -25 yesterday and everyone froze their asses off. Still, it’s supposed to be +35 on Tuesday. I practically mainline vitamin D during the winter!

Winter is the most dangerous of the seasons,I think. So much can go wrong and sometimes so fast!

Winter is over here. I had to start cutting the grass again. It’s been a few months. Don’t really like that but it appears the leaves have quit falling off the oak tree in the back yard. Thank goodness. I can quit having to scoop them out of the pool every day.
