The Offspring are cool imo

I have to make the most trite comment though — I only like their early stuff.

I like “Smash” and “Ixnay on the Hombre.”

Oh Smash is great! I really love the song “the kids aren’t alright.” The guitar on that song shreds!!

I love “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” the best song off of “Americana.” My favorite from “Smash” is probably “Genocide.”

@cherie I really like this  . Nice guitar and vocals. Good drumming too! Reminds me of the metal band Russian Circles.

@freakonaleash I’ll have to look that one up. It’s been a while. I remember during the early 90’s when punk got kinda got big. Weird times. I bought Rancid’s Let’s go. Never looked back

One of my favorite Bad Religion songs, off of my favorite Bad Religion album.

“Screaming out for understanding, turning inward and suffering”

I’ve never heard this one!

This is probably another one my faves:

From the album Against the Grain.

And if you want some old school British punk:

Only punk-rock song I know or like, and somewhat ironically, it was originally a signature song of Frank Sinatra’s. I was a teen-ager when punk-rock first hit the scene in the late 1970’s or early eighties. Ironically again, punk-rock became popular roughly around the time disco was popular. I may be wrong.

I love this song nick. And I think you’re correct. There’s debates on if it started in England vs. the U.S. though.
