I’ve noticed that I go through these cycles when it comes to sleep. My mom wondered if it could be related to my menstrual cycle. Who knows maybe i will take note of that the next round.
Anyways first for a certain period of time my sleep will be heavenly. I’ll fall asleep at 11 pm wakeup at 9 am. No issues.
Then suddenly I can’t fall asleep at 11 am anymore. I can’t fall asleep until later and later and then I can’t wake up until later either. It can get to the point where its bad insomnia/basically becoming nocturnal and I am either barely sleeping at night or not at all.
Then things start changing again. I can fall asleep at night at an appropriate time but not for very long. Only a few hours maybe. Then after a while of this bam I’m back to the first stage and my sleep is perfect again.
Anyone else notice this?
