Insomnia ing

I tend to wake up often in the night the last few months,. I couldn’t get back to sleep yesterday morning at 6AM. Wasted loads of the morning trying to sleep. Then finally got the sleep I needed around 10AM, got up at 1 and had a calm afternoon.
Then I felt super tired so at like 9PM I lay down and just watched some videos. Been trying to sleep since 11PM. Now coming up to 5AM and I am sick of lying down doing nothing so decided to give up on it for now and have an early night later.

my sleep is also a little messed up. It’s 4:15 AM here, and I just got up. Oh well, slept for 8 hours though

I was up all night broken sleep last night. Then finally i fel asleep at 8 am and woke up near 4. Felt a lot better.
