I personally know all the benefits of having hobbies and interests.
I try to have one going. It’s hard for me to concentrate on a lot of things but keeping busy is good for a busy mind. I think a hobby is really good to relax and do something that requires planning etc.
Hobby’s are money pits , you also get to relearn old and new things about what your doing. my habby is a intrusting one that started at a yard sale. I found a old barn find, a 73 MG. now I have it work at my apt shop. see pic
A great hobby fixing that up @DrZen. A cousin took me for rides in his old mg’s. He had two…a white and a black one. Really liked the soft top and they were so low. Felt like your Ass was dragging on the ground. Good find.
