I had one fried egg for breakfast and my normal bowl of cereal. Lunch times been and gone and I barely felt hungry at all. Gonna try eating one egg every morning for a couple of weeks. Reading online lots of other people have had similar results. It seems to get rid of the desire for snacks etc.

I go back and fourth over whether I really like the taste. I like boiled eggs the best but fried is so quick and I’m an impatient man in the morning
My dad boils like a dozen up at once and puts them in fridge. They are good cold and easy to cook in bulk, even though cooked singly it may take a bit longer for an individual boiled egg, cooking in bulk and storing is an option.

I had a Ploughmans lunch today which consisted of sliced ham, Cheese, Pickle, Coleslaw, 4 Chipilatas some salad and crisps, its a cold lunch but very tasty and it would have been even better with a sliced boiled egg on top lol, maybe i could make that myself some day.

I love boiled eggs but I hardly have them cause theyre so dang hard to peel lol. No matter what hacks I find (put in cold water after boiling etc) I still loose half the eggs trying to peel it. ![]()
YEah sometimes I have trouble and other times I don’t not sure what the difference is. My dad has mentioned the cold water thing too. I just try as they are, sometimes the shells come of easily in chunks and other times I take half the egg with them. I dunno.

We boiled 4 eggs last night and kept them in the fridge.
I had 1 cold boiled egg this morning.
The problem is that I don’t often consume eggs because they kind of make me nauseous.
It’s a very mild disturbance
Nothing wrong with having snacks as long as they’re healthy.
