All of the above! Mostly consuming them hard boiled. On a ketogenic diet right now and they are my preferred mid-morning snack.

oh darn, if I hadn’t just ate some Cevichy, I would be stuffing some eggs on buttered toast.
I would also love some scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese in a bowl.
Scrambled egg a la microwave with cheese on top is fast, simple, and tastes good, but makes the entire house smell like a nasty fart.

Chorizo is what’s up! Do you like the pork or beef one? My Grandma always says the beef one is better (higher quality sausage I guess).

Yeah I usually get the beef one since it falls apart easier, which is how I like it.
