my egg of choice would be “poached” but usually I just have fried eggs in the morning. we eat a lot of eggs since they are so cheap.
Fried, boiled, scrambled.
Fried egg sandwich on toast, yum.
Scrambled egg sandwich with mayonnaise, yum.
Deviled eggs on white, yum, lol.
The only form of eggs I will eat is scrambled.

you need a “poaching pan” which you put water in the bottom and it has a lid with a place to put individual pockets of metal which you crack the eggs into with a bit of butter in each pocket. delicious !!
hard boiled, you can do so much with them, like egg salad sandwich or tuna sandwich, or deviled eggs.
I do make scrambled sometimes for certain stir fry meals.

But I LOVE Breaded eggs. The panko makes it so good.
But I also love a good fired egg sandwich… 
In a restaurant I’ll order eggs sunny side up, but when I’m at home I scramble them because it is easier to cook them that way.
I like scrambled when done properly. People usually overcook them or add milk and stuff and they are terrible. I like them a little runny with butter.
If I can’t get them done to my liking, I like soft boiled or fried over easy.

I like my eggs cooked by someone other than myself.
Poached on an English muffin. You can poach them the microwave in a cup with water. I did it right once. I have trouble keeping the slotted spoon clean.
As long as any of my partners eggs are unfertilized… I’m pretty happy anyway eggs are cooked.
I like fried or scrambled, the usual way I eat my eggs nowadays is scrambled with pieces of spinach, onion and tomato, and placed in a wrap. I invented it this style and my husband likes it too 
I like them scrambled.
