I cook a pound of bacon, then I remove the bacon and scramble the eggs in all the bacon grease.

I should eat eggs again. I haven’t eat an egg for a long time, i find they are not filling. Or hang on, i had an eggsandwich on the weekend at the hospital. But we are talking about boiled eggs and i like them medium.

we eat eggs a lot because they are cheap meals…we usually fry the eggs with ham or bacon in the mornings, sometimes we will scramble the eggs and have eggaritos…sometimes we make fried potatoes, fried bacon, set aside and scramble 8 eggs and after cooking that, we add cheddar cheese, sour cream, then add back in the fried potatoes and bacon…delicious…rich tasting…can’t eat it a lot.

Soft boil is like when you boil the egg for around 5 mins… the yolk is soft but not runny
