maybe it’s just the depression of not having barely enough to get by, but the summer heat is getting to me. I feed and water the neighbor’s pets because the low lifes don’t take care of their animals. They have this sweet black cat that I hug every morning and he gets so hot outside. It wears me down. Anybody else get depressed in the summer heat?

I usually don’t go out in the summer at all - autumn and spring are much better.

I shiver in the heat. it’s close to 90 degrees today. but I also get really bad hot flashes too

Yeah i hate it. If i didn’t have an actual human being who needs to go outside every day I wouldn’t go out at all, until the temperature goes back to normal.

I live in tropical country so I can understand the hot and humid weather. Usually, it is 90 ºF during daytime over here. But I can understand it can be 105 ºF during summer season in southern hemisphere and northern hemisphere (correct me if I am wrong). The secret is to bathe more to lower the body heat, and air conditioning helps too.
I like the summer, well I live in a cold country, now it has been over 20 C degrees and I like it, but when the summer is over the temperature cools down, and in the middle of winter it can fall to -30 C degrees. I do not travel to warm countries of the Southern Europe and I need to enjoy when it is warm here.
I cannot stand the heat. I normally sweat a lot whether it is winter or summer and in summer it is just so much worse. It is winter here and I enjoy the colder wheather so much.
Anything over 80 and sunny and I’m highly uncomfortable. It really doesn’t help that air is so expensive and its rarely turned on here because of that…
I just want some jacket weather!
