He gave me $1.92 too much. They substituted cheaper items for two of the things I ordered. They didn’t notify me of the substitution or credit me the difference. Every time I order delivery groceries there are substitutions. I was thinking it was weird today I didn’t get notified and they had everything I ordered.

When i go get my groceries at the drive-in, sometimes there are missing products. I am credited on my card.

Normally they notify you and allow to accept or reject the substitutions. The system automatically credits you the difference.

Actually I go to several supermarkets, and the smallest (the lesser known) has a somewhat basic system.
