She probably doesn’t know you or has no idea you’re interested in her… Walk up to her and smile and tell her “Hi” and tell her your name and maybe (maybe) you will get a friendly response back.

It’s a hospital, it’s a place of healing and recovery, you’re not speed dating. I was always amazed at the amount of unwanted attention and pressure attractive ladies received back when I was in the psych ward. Must have made whatever they were dealing with twice as hard to overcome
