This technology should prove to have a limitless potential. This is what we are talking about every time it is made mention of gene therapy.

Yes. CRISPR Cas9 is gene therapy and should correct the faulty architecture of the brain. Stem cells on the other hand will provide the right bricks to rebuild a broken brain.

Designer babies probably cost anywhere from 100 to 500’000USD. I expect a cure for sz would cost as much.

There aren’t too many ethical difficulties surrounding stem cells. CRISPR on the other hand means changing who u are at the genetic level. Without going in a much longer explanation, you can understand why this will be a touchy subject. As it already is.
