I am listening to two guys outside I can hear. They are planning hurting me somehow. Called me a ho.
I really don’t want to go to crisis. Why is this happening? Can’t they find someone else to bother. I just want to take my meds, sleep, hobbies. They can all ■■■■.
If it already hasn’t happened you might be mistaking it for something. Sometimes when I feel my parents are out that someone is going to break in. About 5 years ago people broke in and stole my car. But since then nothing has happened and people are busy with their own lives. But what if you’re right, right?

Yeah maybe just an ego thing!
It is most probably hallucination.
I have got over with the voices !
It’s the interpretation me make with the voices around us.
Staying calm at the time of voices is more important,
over which we need to interpret it in a way that is not against you.
(Just incase you are still hearing voices after meds).
I do hear them again now,
but the only way is ignore and still if it persist,
convert the voice interpretation which is not against you !
See I heard the dogs barking which can be either taken in two ways!

Sorry your struggling. Maybe try to adapt a more calm way at looking at things when you hear things that are out of place.
The odds that strangers and neighbours have it in for you so many times you have mentioned is next to impossible. But I know it’s probably very hard to convince yourself when things seem so real.
