It’s not real. Even if you were living in a estate without neighbours you would still probably hear stuff, because of the illness.
Just got to try to reason with yourself that it’s not real, but I can understand it is very difficult.

My pdoc raised my meds. I was able to sit outside this am without worrying. Still there I just need to learn how to control it.
