Standing outside my window talking was a dude and another dude. They yelled ■■■■ at me and said something about me not going outside. nother death threat. I can’t go outside anymore.

It’s affecting you so maybe it’s time to talk to the doctor about a med change. Whether increase or another med you aren’t functioning well if your trapped indoors. I know I’m not there but you need to seek some help if it’s all in your head. Most people are happy enough in their own lives and your on a schizophrenic forum where most people hallucinate…there’s a disconnect there.

I get called a hoe everyday. I hardly go anywhere.probably going to increase my perphenazine.
Yeah I feel that but I suspect it’s illness rather than what is happening. Don’t react to others and just keep cool and just stay to yourself. Your struggling and you need better treatment. People don’t go around messing with others unless your messing with them. I’ve lived in apartments and if your hearing clearly people talking then it’s most likely in your head…Walls really do muffle sound as do windows.
Just be cool and talk to your doctor. Changing or going up isn’t a bad option. Most of us have been there but it’s about function. If your staying home for fear it’s not good. You don’t need that so make that step and get an appointment with your doctor and explain this to them.
