Do you continue to have positive or negative symptoms?
You haven’t given us much to go on in this post to ascribe a reason for things so I tend to go with the medical team diagnosing you. They probably have a better perspective then the single sentence given here.

I do have negatives but those could just be my autism
They obviously think that I have positives because I’m autistic and act somewhat weirdly

You’ve had a psychotic episode, I think that’s a good sign to lend credence to there being more wrong. Autism I don’t know enough about to really tell you anything at all.
I trust your team to be trying to help you.
If you dislike the medication go to the lowest theraputic dose, and then see how you handle, still don’t like it? Try changing medications.
If your medical team are arguing about whether you have it or don’t is one thing, but arguing what dose you want is all in your ball park.
I don’t trust myself to tell you anything substantive that they shouldn’t have a handle on…although my medical team did tend to forget things.
Please keep in mind side effects, stomach problems poo issues, whether or not you’re able to think clearly on your dose, If you’re feeling light headed. whatever is bothering you bring it up.
If you have a movement disorder like tarkive dykathesia or however its spelled, or if you have akathesia a disorder where you feel the urge to move, please contact them immediately.
Lord knows a 15 year old kid knows more about diagnosing a mental illness than trained professionals who’ve been to school for years and who’s job is to diagnose and treat mental illness and have years of experience in the mental health field.

Did you not just claim that you disagree with the diagnosis, think it’s wrong, and have your own explanation of what is happening with you despite what the doctors tell you?

Well I haven’t ever hallucinated and sz needs to have 2 out of 5 positive symptoms

I don’t agree with my diagnosis either, but I still take my meds. I even have an app that reminds me to take my medicine. It does help me with some things. That’s the attitude you need to adopt just in case your dr is right. Be committed to taking your meds.

For what it’s worth I got diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic with just delusions and negative symptoms. I was in the military and pretty much felt like I had to take my meds but I asked to stop or come off at every visit.
My doctor always said no but he did dose me down until I got to the lowest dose you could take. Again I kept asking to come off and he refused.
So finally about 4 years into being sick I quit taking my meds. I made it four days and I was in an ER and hallucinating like a champ. Had never hallucinated before until I quit my meds.
And now I take the maximum recommended dose of one AP plus a low dose of another.
Long story short things can get worse before they get any better.

I didn’t agree with my diagnosis in 2016 either. So I went unmedicated. I felt good for the most part. When I would drink I would talk about everything being fake like I was in a movie or something. I lost a few jobs due to paranoia and just up and quitting. Finally this year I had another really bad bout of psychosis that ended up with me on disability and living at home with my parents.
Schizophrenia is not something to mess around with. If you have trouble accepting you have it you need to find some way to deal with it. It took me a while but it’s better once you recognize you have it

I hope you’re not like me. I had to be threatened by my parents to tell cops that I threatened my brother with a knif. Its then that I accepted to take meds. My parents now say that they will kick me out of the house if I stop my meds again and I can’t even live on my own, I have spending issues with money.
The earlier you accept taking meds the better bcz risks are too big without meds, kill or be shot by cops. Once cops yelled at me to sit still bcz I was being verbally aggressive toward my parents infront of the cops.
