Nothing unhealthy about whole grain bread, cereals, veggies and fruits in moderation

I’ve been eating a good amount of carbs every day lately and still managed to lose some weight.
Yeah in my estimation carbs get a bad rap
It also helps if one keeps active when consuming carbohydrates
