I’m sorry to hear you’re doing worse… It’s sad that you’re cancelling all your plans but reducing stress is probably the smartest thing you can do now.

I don’t know what’s going on. No matter what I do I still feel the stress.
This morning I should feel better, but barely.
Not sure the job is going to survive this…
It’s ok - I am used to taking steps forward and backwards all the time.
The job will be a shame to leave, but it might have to happen
