The big leap

OK. I’m going to do something radical. I will switch my old Nokia to a smartphone. I already have an old Iphone. I think it still works.

Because of all the stress and household trouble and DVT I want to use it to better my life. Track habits (e.g. water drinking). Mood. Exercise/steps. Diet. Blood thinner meds + side effects. Plan my appointments and to-do lists. Such things.

It’s a temporary things. To get my life back on track. And be healthy.

Please, please…I’m a newbie…and I need all the good apps and possibilities that help you organize your life, live healthily, quit bad habits, etc. Ideas?

When all is back on track, I’ll be back to my dear Nokia. But now I need a kick in the butt. And an extension to my messy brain.

Hello Marian,

In my opinion, if you’ve got a smartphone and want to get organised, the basic tool is a note-taking application (Google Keep on Android, but you may have an iPhone).
Then another essential application is the Calendar.
On iPhone and Android you’ll have the Calendar application (or one with a similar name).

In my opinion, these two applications represent 90% of time management.
It may seem obvious, but these applications have plenty of options to help you get organised.
