Not a constructive feedback…
Using apps will let you use your smartphone more often– a habit which is quite hard to unlearn-- if you consider that a bad habit. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Good point. I don’t consider smartphone use a bad habit though (at least not yet anyway!)

You are posting some nice apps but it is too much work to check if there is one for iPhone :frowning_face:

I do not like to do a lot on my phone anyway. :thinking: even I do not like to chat long time on my Phone.

Only when I am out of my apartment, I actually use my iPhone, I browse this forum or reply emails or text messages.

Right now…

I use Mac applications. I do not even chat on What’s app a lot. Rarely… :thinking:

I use my phone for everything so it’s handy for me. I have a PC that I bought last year but have never really used it.

it seems the android and iPhone are the same size.

It is too tiny for me… I guess with the apple iPhone ugrade, if there is a big one, I could upgrade… :thinking:

What are some new good habits you are making?

Just the basics at the moment. Good hygiene. I normally brush my teeth every day but for the last week I kept forgetting so this way I don’t forget. Etc

Then maybe I can start adding more when I think of them.

do you get the layer on your teeth when you vape?

I can not tolerate it. Today I vaped a little but it is ruining my teeth.

I only filled the liquid on Friday I think. It is still full today

No I don’t but I vape unflavoured liquid. I think you were vaping quite sweet liquid so maybe that’s it. Are you still off cigarettes?

I am having horrible craving but I am very stubborn sometimes.

I am not smoking for more than a month now.
I only vaped the first week of quitting. Now not much plus the teeth thing is ruining it for me.

Maybe this is a good thing.

That’s very cool. Are you still seeing a dietician? More importantly are you back in the hospital?
