Using apps will let you use your smartphone more oftenā a habit which is quite hard to unlearn-- if you consider that a bad habit.
Good point. I donāt consider smartphone use a bad habit though (at least not yet anyway!)
You are posting some nice apps but it is too much work to check if there is one for iPhone
I do not like to do a lot on my phone anyway. even I do not like to chat long time on my Phone.
Only when I am out of my apartment, I actually use my iPhone, I browse this forum or reply emails or text messages.

I use my phone for everything so itās handy for me. I have a PC that I bought last year but have never really used it.
it seems the android and iPhone are the same size.
It is too tiny for me⦠I guess with the apple iPhone ugrade, if there is a big one, I could upgradeā¦
What are some new good habits you are making?
Just the basics at the moment. Good hygiene. I normally brush my teeth every day but for the last week I kept forgetting so this way I donāt forget. Etc
Then maybe I can start adding more when I think of them.
I just look at the app and it seems to be a great app!!!
But I have no problem at all to develop my good habits!

I can not tolerate it. Today I vaped a little but it is ruining my teeth.

No I donāt but I vape unflavoured liquid. I think you were vaping quite sweet liquid so maybe thatās it. Are you still off cigarettes?

I am having horrible craving but I am very stubborn sometimes.
I am not smoking for more than a month now.
I only vaped the first week of quitting. Now not much plus the teeth thing is ruining it for me.
Maybe this is a good thing.
