I’m really struggling with my “activities of daily living.” I’m suspended from work and got fired from my second seasonal job, and I don’t go back to college until next month. The lack of structure is killing me. I want an app that I can use to create a schedule and check off items as I do them. I need unlimited items on the list because it will be down to the minutia, such as “brush teeth, take meds, shower,” etc., along with other things like going to Women’s Ministry with my roommate tomorrow at her church. I’m trying to structure my days as if I’m in treatment, if that makes any sense. Does anyone know of an iPhone app like this?
