The best thing you have bought

For me it’s my Panasonic Lumix G85 digital camera. I love it so much I’m still afraid to use it.

My pets over the years. It gives a whole new meaning to the term “buying friends”.

That used to be my old technique: act like a clown and people will like you. Lol! Not. I changed my attitude a little since the last set of friends I had.

Sorry for the derail OP.

The second best thing I bought would have to be a nice set of Nikon binoculars that I haggled down at the pawn shop. These things are gold compared to brands like Bushnel and so on. They take zero effort to focus and they are quite bright. Seen many cute birds through them.

I bought a hand painted reproduction of a Picasso at a junk shop for $40. I think they believe it is worth more than that, and they want to buy it back, but I am not so sure it is such hot property. It’s well done, but it has a couple of damning flaws. It’s probably not worth more than $50. I will give it back to them, if they still want it, in return for what I paid for it and for a painting of a peacock that hangs in their shop. I also want a movie named “Foxcatcher” they might still have in stock.

I just bought a pressure cooker/slow cooker from Amazon for $112. It actually has five other functions including yogurt maker.
