cool doesn’t necessarily mean valuable, could be something with great sentimental value. I have a program with signatures from now hall of fame horse jockeys. what makes it cool is that I competed in a baseball game against the jockeys, raising money for my teammates and me to travel to Japan and compete in a friendship series.
Smartphone and computer and macbook.
Non computer thing is my SOTA PEMF machine. Pretty much cured my head pressure issue. Only 20% of what it used to be now.
My journaling books my phone my laptop
The coolest thing I own is my Mac Air 13" 2018
When I started university in 2010, I used my bursary to buy one as I couldn’t afford it otherwise.
It lasted 8 years, and I sold it for £250 on Ebay - about a quarter of it’s value new.
I got credit on exactly the same laptop, but with 256gb memory vs. 128gb I had on my last one.
The model had barely changed in those 8 years, so my new one is just like the old one, and time machine meant my computer was setup how I liked it.
I got it cheaper as they were selling these off because a different variant of the Mac Air model was coming out, and I got it on 0% interest.
I could not live without it. It connects to my phone and watch and I used Apple Music now to listen to loads more things.
I hope this one will last another 8 years or so. I guess the next one I buy won’t have the same design, but I will get used to it
My brother bought me some Japanese flag when he went there. My dad has a submarine shaped lighter for smoking cigars or cigarettes. And I cherish and value my math books. I especially like I have Rudin which is the gold standard for Real Analysis. The hardest undergraduate real analysis classes use that book. I don’t claim to be able to read it yet. I never finished real analysis and we used a different book. My most valuable and expensive possession is my car. It takes me from point a to point b all the time.
My cameras. They let me create art and art makes everything better.
The espresso maker runs a close second, however.
Rad! 15151’51chevy
Damn that’s nice!
I used to own this mini drone. I think it was only like 10 bucks but I thought it was pretty cool
I used to own a racing gokart. 125cc 2 stroke Rotax Max. Jeeez that thing was scary fast, you take corners sooooo fast you could break your rib if you hit the curb wrong. I actually still have a minor rib injury from just that years ago.
That sport was too expensive though, maybe ill get back into it when im 40 lol
I also have a Microbit and a RaspberryPi 3 , those are fun. break out boards and fun gadgets.
Then theres my mountain bike, thats my favorite toy.
How do you like your 'Vette? I made the mistake of buying an ‘89 new back in the day. Friggin’ thing fell apart faster than the GM techs could put it back together. Thankfully 95% of that was under warranty. Got rid of it before it went off-warranty. Worst lemon I’ve ever owned. Hoping they’ve gotten ahead of that crap since. I’m happy with my newer GM.
I just threw it out about a month ago when I was organizing my room. When Mt. St. Helen blew, Kentucky Fried Chicken was givng away little plastic containers filled with genuine ash from the volcano with every purchase. So I kept it since I was 16 or 17.
I just bought it. I like it so far. It’s the only Chevrolet I own. I have 5 Fords and 2 Toyota’s.
What does a guy like you do with 8 vehicles? Certainly you cannot drive them all and none of them are collector or antique cars.
Barring smart Alec answers like “I haven’t sold my soul yet,” I think the coolest thing I own is the copyright to some poems and a song that I wrote.
My horse and my dog.
Ok it’s said you can not own another being but they are under my care as my babies and for beauracracy or in beauracracy I own them.they are both the coolest.
Then my car.
It’s a second hand car given to me and I love it.
My Aldi coffee maker is cool too.
Digging my new cool heater.
I love my things and think they are super cool but number one cool is my horse and dog.
My new iPhone SE
