Now 5 weeks after detox of Ziprasidone and Seroquel I’m finally beginning to sleep more normal. I begged the hospital phd for 400mg Clopixol depo biweekly instead of 500 mg every 3 week and 300 mg Seroquel instead of 550 mg that I was on one month ago. After 5!week without Ziprasidone( the rat poison only in my case). I’m finally getting rid of the mania and agitation that it caused. So never ever Ziprasidone any more(Inused that drug for 20’ years because I couldn’t tapper it down. I only got rid of it by taking a cold turkey)

I have managed to lower my dose of Valium to 2 mg. I’m one step away from total abstinence from anti anxiety medication.
