I gonna start these exercises. Check it out on you tube or Google. 2500 years old exercises. Simple, 5 min., and effective.

I’ve done some exercises like this. Probably good for your core muscles.

It involves all major joints and is good when you hardly move at all. I think its developed from meditating sitting still all day. It delays arthritis maybe. I will do them.
