I once was on 2 mg per day of klonopin. Now it is .25 every other day. So 1/16 as much. A year ago I tried going off it and that last bit was too much to come off. I think my anxiety is better now. The sober house said I’m not allowed to take klonopin and live there. But I’m still worried about coming off this med even tho I’m on such a tiny dose!! Anyone experience difficulty at the end of a taper off a med?

I took diazepam a year for my anxiety, I admit its preety week but I did not have any trouble coming off it, now I am on xanax and I don’t feel the need to abuse it.

I’ve come off a higher dose of Ativan without problems. I think you should be fine. You’re highly motivated right now and a mentally strong person in general from what I’ve seen.
