Yesterday @shutterbug shared some info on a post about me pausing my meds, which turned into some cross conversation with @everhopeful & @Schztuna.
What I learned has truly saved my health and my future.
To summarize - keep taking your meds, or psychosis will come back stronger and meds won’t work as well as they used to.
