I’m going to see my fitness coach this morning to workout. Then I will go to the pharmacy to pick up a few things and maybe the grocery store. I need to get a letter off to my son at some point. Then later this afternoon I have an appointment with my mental health case manager just to chat. Hopefully he will have some news about when I can start therapy. Then I have a little cleaning up to do around here, garbage and dishes. That’s about it for me. What about you? What are you doing today? Do you have plans for the weekend?
I did a bit of house work…dishes …bin out. Did some laundry.
Now I’m chilling with the dog on the sofa watching the Vikings.
I don’t think I’ll cook tonight. I’ll probably get a take away.
Well, the back just fell off my desk chair and everything hurts, so I’m about to go back to bed.

I went to do 20 minutes of stationary bike then I went on 25 minute walk felt good
now im just doing my research for some treatment options,want the right consultant
