Look I know by looking at the drug interactions website fluphenazine and Haldol pose a major interaction risk yet my doctor is worried that I take the Haldol anyway I just came from the emergency room with dystonia which they believe it was due to the mix. Well tomorrow I’m going to get it straightened out and I gave myself 3mg prolixin which is not a high dose and stopped the Haldol which was giving me the dystonia effect I’m on cogentin now and Benadryl seems to be helping but I highly doubt I will go psychotic on prolixin alone as when I wake I feel fine it’s when I start the Haldol it gives me these ill effects so I’m just venting because I know there are other cross ups in meds out there people need to be wary of
