Tell me what to do

Why do you think your business is failing?
Do you have a good website? Lots of google tags and stuff?
Do you have multiple ways of getting in contact (phone, email, text etc).

It sounded like you were good at what you did and enjoyed it, even if some of your clients were annoying.

Right now, you find it impossible to see solutions to your problems. You are worried about your business going under. But if that happens, your life won’t be over. You can apply for disability if you meed to. You are worried about not making emough to pay your mortgage. But if that happens, your life won’t be over. Plenty of people here have council flats and love them. It won’t be as nice as your current place, but they are just fine. You are stressed about not getting the pdoc appointment and that is definitely unfair. They should be willing to see you. But it will happen. It won’t happen immediately, but it will.

Right now, you are so far up with everything that you want the solutions right now, without waiting. But it is going to take time. Things in life are like that. Things get better, then worse, then better, then worse, for the rest of time. When things are bad, we try new things until they get better. Sometimes, the process is exhausting and we feel like we cant possibly summon the energy to keep trying. But eventually, something will work. You have gotten back to a good place so many times. You can do it again. It might look different than you want it to now, but that doesn’t mean it won’t still be a good life.

I’m not sure what’s wrong, but you do have a tendancy to catastrophize things. I suspect the situation isn’t as bad as you perceive it to be. Do you have a counseling line you can call and perhaps have someone talk you down a bit?

I spoke to them this morning and it didn’t help.

Sometimes it does help but this time not so much

I am tired

Drink some water, take your meds, eat a vegetable or take a multivitamin, lie down and listen to calming music. It won’t solve your problems, but I hope that they might make you feel a little bit better. Right now, you might not have anything left to fight. Tomorrow morning, you might.

I got taught how to do grounding but for some reason when I feel this way coping mechanisms go out the window
