I have a Pride tea party to go to today. For desserts, I made:
green tea cupcakes with green tea whipped cream
Earl grey cupcakes with earl grey lemon buttercream
I was hoping to make a lavender icing for the earl grey cupcakes, but it was impossible to find lavender extract. Hence: lemon.

I used to work for a bakery. I’d do that again. I don’t think I’d ever want the hassle of running my own, though.
