Cakes! More cakes!

I have been baking once again! Here’s what i’ve made recently.

This is a Chocolate Coconut Cake! It is cut in half and the chocolate buttercream is spread on the inside, as well as on top and down the sides.

This is a Carrot and Walnut Cake! Very tasty.

Finally, this is a Lemon Yoghurt Cake with Syrup. You make a lemon flavoured sticky syrup which you then apply all around the cake with the candied lemon rind slices. That’s why it is shiny.

So out of these, which do you think looks the best? What would you rather eat?

I am a sucker for lemon cake…so that would be my pick but I would eat the hell out of all three too…haha

My mother do it last one all the time.but syrup stay inside its cup.your cake look like has less syrup.it is fantastic dessert.i wonder which nation found it.i m guessing french or germans

You’re so talented! I can only do easy stuff… maybe it’s time to cook more when I get back to Hawaii. We just got fresh bananas so it’s time for banana bread!
