I got it when I’d been clean for a year. Everytime I feel like going back, I look at it and think to myself that I have to deserve the tattoo.

Our sober house manager got sobriety tattoos and relapsed right after he got them. Then tried to get clean again, got another tattoo with his sobriety date on his arm. Then relapsed again. I dunno where he is now. But he’s not a sober house manager anymore I can tell you that!! And probably has some regret about his tats. He wasn’t the brightest bulb.

I feel like someone shouldn’t have tats until they know for sure they want it on them for the rest of their lives, and that they’re not gonna regret it.
I regret not having mine done with a more professional tattoo artist, with more details.
But, it’s part of me know and I love it regardless.

I have eight tattoos. I can’t post any pics, since the pics are on my phone and my phone is no longer compatible with the mobile site. I’ve posted them all at one time or another on here.
I have plans to get three more when I get my tax refund. One of them will be very small, the other two not too big, so I figure knock them all out in one session. With tip, I expect it to cost under $300, probably $260-280.
