I was diagnosed with this today. Mild. Thumb, hand, and tongue movement.
Does anyone else have this? Did it get worse or stay the same? i don’t want togo off Abilify and my nurse said I don’t have to since the TD is so mild.

I don’t have it. But this might help. Vitamin b6 for TD.
Thanks! I have some B complex liquid.
I think I have it in my tounge as well, it only happens when I get stressed though. I run my tounge around my teeth, is that similar to yours?
No. My tongue just constantly moves and twitches.
I think @Leaf may have got it from abilify. And she stopped abilify and it went away. You may have to consider stopping abilify.
They said unless it bothers me, i can stay on it.
Nicotine makes it worse, so dont smoke if you do.
Thanks. Have read on it, I just wanted to know who had experienced it.
Abilify gave me TD and they immediately took me off of it. I took a little while to go away. When I take 4 mg of Rexulti it flares up so I can only take 3 mgs but I don’t do to well without it and I can’t seem to find another ad that works quite as well on my suicidality so I take the risk. My fingers twitch daily, but not constantly. My mouth no longer moves. For awhile I thought I was gonna be stuck like that. It’s mild, it’s not the end of the world like everyone seems to think it is. Maybe you could reduce your abilify and that would stop the tongue involvement but still give you the benefit.
My nurse told me that TD is really just a nuisance. That we treat if it gets to bothering me and we’d try that before taking away abilify.
That’s right, they have a couple new td meds out now
